Benchmarking: dissemination to higher education institutions

In order to disseminate benchmarking methodology and application, the consortium will hold a one-day conference.

The aims of the conference are:

to provide delegates from the HE sector with an introduction to the concepts and process of benchmarking
to introduce delegates to the benchmarking “model” developed by the consortium including the software development and related project management
to provide advice to delegates on selecting processes and functions to be benchmarked
to provide delegates with an insight into the tangible benefits experienced by the consortium as a result of benchmarking
to provide delegates with benchmarking case studies from the consortium HEIs.

To introduce delegates to the experiences of benchmarking in the public and private sectors.
