Cultural Camden

In the past, the publicly funded arts and higher education (HE) sectors have been rigidly separated. Cultural Camden was intended to explore, pilot, evaluate and disseminate cross-sector working and collaboration between the Central School of Speech and Drama, the Hampstead Theatre and the Roundhouse. - three internationally known organisations located within close proximity in the London Borough of Camden.

The project had three main strands:

• shared services
• festivals and/or creative producers
• commercial exploitation and/or co-production.

The project was funded under the Leading Transformational Change initiative, and ran until December 2011.
