The establishment of a 'Benchmarking Club' to:

• offer a unique and cost-effective opportunity for participating universities to compare their key management processes with those of other universities, to effect continuous improvement
• provide an opportunity to learn from the private sector experience of benchmarking and continuous improvement
• collaboratively develop a methodology for measuring the effectiveness of university-wide processes.
