Formation of an internal audit consortium for HEIs in London and the South East

The project will establish an internal audit consortium for HEIs in London and the South East, from August 2005. The consortium will be a 'one stop shop' for participating members’ needs for internal audit, risk management and corporate governance services, and a range of other related specialist areas for advice and guidance. The consortium aims to improve the standard of internal audit provision to participating member institutions, thereby assisting these institutions with effective governance arrangements.
