Data collection and benchmarking of energy and water usage

Remote sub-metering equipment and associated software ('Dataplus') will be installed within higher education institutions. Data on energy usage will be recorded and analysed to draw attention to instances of high or low usage. Data collected will permit benchmarking between HEIs and provide better information for use in contract negotiations with utility companies.
