Developing management in higher education through mentoring and action learning

Having already established many links with local private sector and government organisations, a network of mentors and mentees is being established. The mentoring scheme is open to all University of Huddersfield staff with a management function and training will be provided for mentors and mentees. Action learning, examining real case-studies, will be used to enhance management development.
