Extending CuPiD

In the original project CuPiD - Continuing professional development for university and industry staff in the North East of England (GMP-237) the scope of the developments has been much more extensive than expected in order to respond to the wide range of training needs analysed. Three major learning strands are being developed instead of the one originally envisaged and additional support arrangements are also being developed. The follow-on work will facilitate the complete development of all learning strands, support them over full learning cycles that go well beyond the end of the current project, enable evaluation of all strands over these cycles, and support addtional dissemination and development into further markets in HEIs and in related partner and stakeholder groups.
