NVQ customer service training programme for staff

The project, which was completed in 2007, involved:

  • training of operational staff with a purchasing role in HEIs
  • use of customer service NVQs 
  • the development of interactive tools on CDs.

Institutional purchasing officers were trained as in-house NVQ assessors and/or trainers and NVQ 'e-portfolios' were developed.
