Developing carbon management strategies for HE institutions with extensive landholdings

This project supported institutions with extensive landholdings (including farmed land) to enable them to:
- measure greenhouse gas emissions arising from agricultural activities in their educational estate
- establish realistic carbon equivalent reduction targets
- develop informed carbon management plans.

The project which was funded under the Leading Sustainable Development in HE initiative ran from August 2010 to May 2011.
