National Student Survey research

We have now created the opportunity and means to conduct analysis or research into data from the National Student Survey. The broad aim of this research is to enhance our understanding of the results generated by the survey and contribute to the work we carry out in this area. We are open to proposals at any time.

Research panel

To this end, we have created a National Student Survey research panel to assess these proposals. The group will meet quarterly to administer the proposed research, and comprise members from HEFCE, the Higher Education Statistics Agency and the Higher Education Academy.

Submitting a proposal

We have developed a template for creating proposals and a set of selection criteria for their evaluation. Institutions should follow both of these when developing their proposals.

All proposals should be submitted to Julia Moss and can be submitted at any time.
