Estates
High quality physical infrastructure is vital to the sector. Good practice is available on the sites of the UK Higher Education Space Management Group, Estates Management Statistics and the Association of University Directors of Estates.
HEFCE's Leadership Governance and Management Fund
This fund supports a range of projects throughout the HE sector, most of which have made available the results of their work.
Circular letter 15/2003 - Severance payments for senior staff in higher education
This letter updates the guidance on severance payments to senior HEI staff originally issued in 1997.
HEFCE has prepared guidance on value for money, aimed at managers and audit committee members in higher education institutions. It complements the Financial Memorandum and Audit Code.
