Summary

The vision of progress2succeed is:

'To maximise progression opportunities for work-based, non-traditional vocational learners by offering enhanced, flexible, work-related educational opportunities, with benefits for learners, employers and the regional and national economy.'

Progress2succeed aims to achieve this through five main objectives:

  • to enhance progression and curriculum development through coordinated curriculum planning
  • to deliver new and effective modes of progression through the development of progression routes
  • to enhance capacity and information sharing through staff development
  • to strengthen communication, for and between learners, employers and providers, and to promote learning and progression opportunities through the provision of effective advice and guidance provision
  • to ensure the effective dissemination of information and to promote learning between the partners through the development of meaningful tracking, evaluation and dissemination systems.
