Figures on the participation of students in higher education in receipt of the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) are published in 'Performance Indicators in Higher Education in the UK 2008-09' on the Higher Education Statistics Agency web-site.

Widening access for disabled students allocation

We provide funding to widen access and improve provision for disabled students to the higher education institutions and further education colleges we fund. The allocation reflects the proportion of students that each institution recruits who are in receipt of the DSA. Full details of the allocation method are available.
